The Daylight Scratch Card Activity (“Promotion”) is administered by Daylight Security LTD. (“Daylight”).

This Promotion is conducted independently by Daylight and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with RSA Conference, Wiz, Sonar, Google, or any other organization. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion will take place during the between March 24, 2026 to March 26, 2026. The Promotion will occur at the Wiz House located at 661 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94105. Daylight reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time if necessary due to operational, safety, legal, or technical reasons.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are physically present at the Wiz House location during the Promotion period.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win: employees, contractors, or representatives of Daylight Security LTD, Wiz, Sonar,Google or any other vendors or sponsors participating in the RSA Conference, and any immediate family members or household members of those individuals.

Daylight reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.

3. Participation

Participants may receive one (1) scratch card upon entering the Wiz House location. Scratch cards are provided while supplies last and remain the property of Daylight.

Scratch cards have no cash value, may not be sold, exchanged, copied, or transferred and are valid only during the Promotion period.

Daylight may reject lost, stolen, altered, copied, or damaged cards at its sole discretion. The activity is limited to one scratch card and one participation attempt per person.

4. Game Mechanics

Each scratch card reveals one potential prize and one number between 1 and 20. To determine whether the participant wins the prize shown on the card, the participant must proceed to the Daylight meeting space on the second floor of the Wiz House location.

At the Daylight space:

1. The participant must generate a random number between 1 and 20 using a publicly available AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar).
2. The random number must be generated in the presence of a Daylight representative or designated host.
3. If the randomly generated number matches the number printed on the participant’s scratch card, the participant wins the prize shown on the card.

If the numbers do not match, the participant does not win a prize.

Participants who decline to perform the AI random number generation step are not eligible to win a prize.

All decisions made by Daylight representatives regarding gameplay and result validation are final and binding.

5. Odds of Winning

The outcome of the Promotion depends on the random number generated during gameplay. The probability of a number match is approximately 1 in 20. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of participants and available prizes. Winning is not guaranteed.

6. Prizes

Approximately 25 prizes will be available during the Promotion.

Prizes include an Oura Ring, Sony WH-1000XM6 headphones, Ray-Ban Meta Glasses and reMarkable 2 tablet.

Prizes will be awarded only while supplies last. Daylight reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Winners may be required to provide Name, Contact information and Shipping address for prize fulfillment.

Prizes may be provided onsite, or shipped to the winner after the event.

Daylight is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by participants.

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or duties associated with receiving a prize.

8. Conduct and Fair Play

Participants must follow all instructions provided by Daylight staff or designated hosts.

Daylight reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Attempts to tamper with or manipulate the Promotion
• Attempts to obtain multiple cards
• Uses fraudulent or deceptive methods
• Disrupts the event or interferes with other participants.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Daylight Security LTD the right to photograph, record, or otherwise capture their name, likeness, image, voice, and participation in connection with the Promotion.

Winners grant Daylight Security LTD a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such photographs, video, and recordings for promotional, marketing, publicity, and social media purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

If a winner does not wish to be photographed or recorded, they may decline participation in photography; however, Daylight may still capture general event footage in which participants may appear incidentally.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that Daylight Security LTD and its officers, employees, and representatives shall not be responsible for:

• Technical failures or software errors
• AI tool responses or randomness generation errors
• Lost or damaged scratch cards
• Human or mechanical errors in administering the Promotion
• Event disruptions or venue-related issues.

Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
