SANS Raffle Activity - Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
The Daylight Raffle (“Raffle”) is administered by Daylight Security LTD (“Daylight”).
This Raffle is conducted independently by Daylight and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with SANS Institute or the SANS Leadership Summit event organizers.
By submitting an entry, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promotion Period
Entries for the Raffle will be accepted during the SANS Leadership Summit event at the Daylight booth or designated participation area.
The Raffle drawing will take place once at approximately 15:00 local event time on the day of the event.
Daylight reserves the right to modify the timing of the drawing if necessary due to operational or event-related circumstances.
2. Eligibility
The Raffle is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Attend the SANS Leadership Summit event
- Submit a valid entry form as described below.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win:
- Employees, officers, or contractors of Daylight Security LTD
- Employees, contractors, or representatives of SANS Institute
- Employees or representatives of vendors sponsoring or exhibiting at the event
- Immediate family members or household members of the above.
Daylight reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.
3. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Raffle by scanning the QR code provided by Daylight and submitting the online form.
The entry form requires participants to provide:
- Name
- Email address
By submitting the form, participants confirm that the information provided is accurate.
Limit one entry per person.
Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Daylight’s sole discretion.
4. Marketing Communications and Data Use
By submitting the entry form, participants agree that Daylight Security LTD may:
- Contact them regarding the Raffle
- Send them marketing and promotional communications related to Daylight’s products, services, and events.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in Daylight emails.
Personal information collected through the Raffle will be processed in accordance with Daylight’s Privacy Policy available at:
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded.
The prize is:
Sony WH-1000XM6 headphones
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the prize becomes unavailable, Daylight reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place at approximately 15:00 local time during the event.
The winner must be physically present at the event location at the time of the drawing to claim the prize.
If the selected entrant is not present when announced, Daylight may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
All decisions regarding the drawing and winner selection are final and binding.
7. Prize Claim
The selected winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide identification before receiving the prize.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Conduct and Fair Participation
Daylight reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Submits false or misleading information
- Attempts to manipulate the entry process
- Violates these Terms & Conditions.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Daylight Security LTD permission to photograph, record, and use the winner’s name, likeness, and participation for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Raffle, participants agree that Daylight Security LTD and its employees, officers, and representatives are not responsible for:
- Technical issues with the QR code or entry form
- Lost or incomplete entries
- Event disruptions
- Any errors in the administration of the Raffle.
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
